Your Role

What You Will Do
- Support full-life cycle recruitment needs across all business units, ensuring that every stage from the initial staff requisition to offer
- Communicate company and position details to new hires before their start date
- Gathered necessary paperwork and schedule first days meetings
- Participate in recruiting events
- Coordinate and assist with onboardings sessions for new hires
- Enters new hire data into employee status database and ensuring the People Support team has all required information to complete onboarding
- Ensures all new hire documentation is filed as appropriate
- Support Talent team with scheduling for training, employee events, etc.
- Monitor completion rates for mandatory training, performance reviews and report results to Talent team to address
- Assist with general customer service to our employees by answering questions regarding benefits, PTO, company policies, etc.
- Assist with network-wide projects and initiatives as needed
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or relevant field
- 2 years of proven work experience in human resources
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Tech-savvy
- Good communication skills, especially in listening and persuasion.
- Time management and organization.
- Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
