As a **Payroll Specialist** at Tailored Management, you will process high-volume payroll each week for a large group of contingent employees. Every day, you will work on a payroll team of payroll professionals while processing weekly high-volume payroll for your assigned client group while also providing personalized payroll support and service to a diverse group of associates across the US and Canada.

**Some responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Manages external payroll for an assigned client group of contingent employees on assignment with Tailored Management’s clients
- Provides direct answers to employees’ payroll questions and concerns with maximum efficiency, accuracy, friendliness, and urgency
- Collaborates effectively with Client Services, Recruiting, and Human Resources departments for company and payroll-related initiatives, projects, and client support
- Manages client invoicing for an assigned client group
- Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.) for Payroll Manager
- Conducts routine payroll audits
