**Job Description**:
**Role Description**

You will own our global nurture framework end-to-end, ensuring project requirements are translated into technical specs, and overseeing the project build directly within Marketo to target and engage our customers through the nurture lifecycle. You will be empowered to continuously test and recommend new approaches that will increase the engagement and performance of our nurtures, including A/B testing content, layout, and design changes, and targeting approaches. This role will also play an instrumental role in designing and creating our first post-sales nurture, and quickly expand our nurture program globally - including adaptations for translation, localization, and more.

**Your Impact**

This position requires a Marketo Certified Expert. You need to be a strong solutions architect with a solid history of building within complex, enterprise Marketo instances and have built out several scalable, best-in-class, automated programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Discover, design, and build global nurture solutions in collaboration with strategists and go-to-market teams; discuss and improve upon requirements provided by stakeholders
- Maintain and expand the “nurture traffic director” program to scale our nurture framework into additional languages, products, and product combinations
- Define processes to expand into new tracks and deeper segmentation; create programmatic cadence of reporting, communication, and optimizations
- Create scalable nurture program templates and associated documentation, diagrams, process flows, and training
- Project manage and prioritize recommendations, new features, and functionality to enable new business requirements and use cases
- Design and implement transition logic and rules for entry, exit, re-entry, and exhausted program members
- Leverage A/B testing to continually optimize engagement rates and campaign impact
- Ensure nurture programs are following industry best practices

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- Marketo certified expert required
- 5+ years of Solution Architect experience in complex, enterprise Marketo instances
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving, and demanding environment
- Ability to build scalable frameworks that can adapt to additional requirements; anticipate stated and unstated needs
- Strong communication skills with fluent English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing internal and outsourced teams
- Efficient team player
