- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field of study.
- Demonstrated success leading project delivery for large, cross functional programs
- Demonstrated record of partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams. Experience working with engineering and/or machine learning science teams to define, scope and prioritize program requirements.
- Familiarity with adversarial fraud or risk environments.
- Master’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.
- Experience in building customer-facing payments products
- Experience with Localization, tailoring customer experiences to specific and local customer needs across the globe
- Strong bias for action and be able to work iteratively.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using data to illustrate business conclusions
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
- Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
- Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
