**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, this new role will support the growing audience segmentation needs of Experian’s Integrated Marketing team. We are seeking a data-driven marketer who is passionate about driving engagement and results through data-driven insights and market intelligence. The role requires an analytical and strategic thinker with a big picture mindset, a person who can consolidate results, analyze the data, glean insights and drive positive change.
- Primary point of contact for building ad hoc lists per targeted B2B campaign
- Build targeted campaign lists that utilize our proprietary data platforms for cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Identify the ideal customer profile for Core and Vertical campaign types
- Develop list prioritization strategy to proactively avoid overcommunication with consideration to revenue potential, journey stage, engagement, and intent
- Primary point of contact for building outbound targeted lists - leveraging 6sense data to build targeted account lists based on intent/real-time ABM data insights (intent, buyer stage, keywords, and more)
- Regularly perform audience segment health checks to determine viability and pivot strategy as necessary
- Enrich existing segments and target lists with "includes", "excludes" and net new accounts/contacts
- Partner with Sales Excellence team to identify and build 6sense exclusion lists per use case
- Partner with Marketing Analytics team to build predictive analytics for ongoing identification of target market accounts and contacts
- Identify and build behavior-based targeting strategy
- Identify key data quality concerns and partner with Salesforce, Sales Excellence and Eloqua teams to make recommendations for improvement
- As time permits, assist Sales Operations with net new contact list building using external resources and platforms

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in executing customer lists and audience segments for digital marketing campaigns and events
- Experience within a corporate B2B marketing environment, preferably within the financial services or technology industries
- Basic knowledge of B2B marketing automation platforms (preferably Eloqua) and CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Basic understanding of audience segmentation strategies, building personas, and identifying ideal customer profiles
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills: ability to identify appropriate approaches for communication and follow up without being prompted
- A sharp eye for detail, quality of output, and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to adapt deliverables and plans as priorities shift
- Microsoft Office Suite (with focus on Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
