**The role**:
- Seeking excellent Drupal Backend Engineer with the specified skills with 5 years of experience.

- You should have in-depth knowledge of Drupal, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong backend skills.
**What you will be doing**:
- Writing clean, well-documented, and well-tested code with strong alignment to Drupal standards and best coding practices.
- Review Scope of Work and Change Orders for accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in software engineering principles, databases, and data modelling/design techniques; data interface protocols; caching/performance improvements; software design patterns and integration patterns.
- Responsible for staying on top of industry standards.
- The developer should be responsible for the implementation of themes and modules.
- The goal is to create attractive and user-friendly websites according to client specifications.
- Work includes coding, handling support requests, PHP unit testing, and project documentation. What we are looking for: Technical skills:
- Experience integrating with Rest and GraphQL.
- Developing custom themes and modules.
- Integrating and setting up plugins like Features, Panelizer, ECK, CTools, Drupal Commerce, etc
- Managing Caching using Memcached and Optimising page speed of Drupal sites.
- Passionate about coding quality and high development standards.
- Understanding of code version tools like Git, SSH, and Terminal.
- Add on advantage, if contributed to Drupal or any Open-Source project.
- Good to have experience working with Open Source, Elasticsearch / Apache Solr, Docker, and PHP Frameworks (Laravel / Symfony), DDEV.
