**Responsibilities**:

- Drive results and keep commitments. Work with our two teams to set realistic expectations and be able to communicate them to management.
- Scrum and Agile frameworks guidance and training.
- Work with teams to ensure Scrum and Agile best practices are followed.
- Facilitate discussions to identify dependencies and risks.
- Ensure clear delivery requirements are documented and verify that they are regularly updated with the correct and latest information. Ensure that impediments and blocking issues are resolved quickly and that assignments are made, with ownership clearly defined.
- Encourage commitment dates and follow up on progress and dependencies for team success.
- Document and maintain internal team processes.
- Maintenance of Jira Process Management and provide reports and Jira Dashboards.
- Perform Updates to the Release Forecast, Release coordination, Release planning, and scheduling.
- Constantly look for ways to improve the processes, driving opportunities for improving the performance of all team members in coordination with Development Management

**You Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- JIRA project and portfolio expertise
- Proven depth of understanding of Scrum processes, roles and activities
- Demonstrate abilities as a change agent and thought leader
- 3+ years of Agile delivery with primary experience in Scrum
- 3+ years working in a high transactional (e-commerce) environment
- Experience in Agile organizational transformation and implementation
- Expertise in Scrum, Scaled Agile and Kanban
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSM, APO) - Agile coaching, Facilitation, and Leadership
- Understanding of software delivery and software project management practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to independently prepare and distribute important communication to various audiences
- Demonstrate success in influencing skills to achieve alignment in senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross functional teams
- High intermediate level of English (B2).
