We are looking for a **Delivery Manager** to join our team. **JOB FUNCTIONS** - Lead the Delivery Team assigned for the Central America region. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Maintain communications with other Delivery Teams located in other regions. - Be the next escalation level for any customer's requirement related to local projects. - Ensure the required resources are available for every service offered to customers. - Validate and approve every commercial proposal related to services; report validated proposals in a weekly basis to the local Country Manager. - Build and deliver monthly reports to customers who have special services contracts. - Guarantee every process is followed, and propose improvements where required. - Accountable for the Team's KPIs achievement in a quarterly basis. - Keep Team's attrition at its lower possible level. - Be the local escalation level for Tech Support tickets submitted by local customers. - Report Team's performance and status to the International Delivery Director. - Plan the development on both technical and soft skills for the team members. - Perform the quarterly performance review for the Delivery team. - Have a 1:1 meeting with every team member in a quarterly basis to share with them their performance results and growth/development expectations. - May be required to travel abroad for short periods of time. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. - PM Master’s degree is a plus. **SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE** - Bachelor's degree in IT, PM Master's degree is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (include negotiation). - Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 or equivalent level at least). - Leader in the use of IT methodologies, processes, and standards. - Team management skills. - Proven knowledge of Project/Portfolio Management's best practices. - Ability to understand and present key information to internal and external stakeholders. - Experience dealing with third-party contractors. **DESIRABLE** - PMP certification in good standing. - 2 - 5 years of expertise as Delivery Manager. - Foundation certifications in major cloud providers (Microsoft/Google/Amazon). **What we offer**: - Working in an international environment with a team all over the globe in more than 65+ countries; - An inspiring corporate culture with an ability to grow and develop every day; - Fascinating compensation package with advantages from motivation programs (Long-Term Employee Partnership Program (LTEPP) and Employee Share Purchase Program (ESPP).
