Job Description:
The Partner Success Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall management of HPE-branded, partner-delivered Advisory & Professional and Operational HPE Services, program governance, end-to-end delivery management, operational performance, total customer & partner experience and financials of assigned delivery partners.
The Partner Success Delivery Manager has additional responsibilities to grow the HPE Services business in the Partner Accounts he/she manages by driving growth initiatives to ensure targeted growth is achieved working closely with key Partner/HPE stakeholders.
How you´ll make your mark:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all program requirements, documents and changes, etc.
Ensure a close working relationship with assigned partners
Lead operational delivery reviews with all assigned partners on a regular basis (reviewing performance delivery metrics, root cause analysis, corrective action plans, etc.)
Ensure assigned partners deliver high quality customer satisfaction
Ensure assigned partners have partner's personnel with the required trainings, knowledge and skill-set to support the relevant HPE products.
Lead partner delivery assessment on a yearly basis and ensure all related documents are properly recorded in the respective HPE tools
Develop a close relationship and collaboration with Partner Account Team
Participates in Partner business reviews, understands partners' business environment & market segments, drives the creation and execution of the Partner Success Delivery Plan
Act as escalation point for all partner escalations
Develop a very close working relationship with country/region team
Education and Experience Required:
Typically 4+ years to establish proven track record in directly related business.
Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus.
About you:
Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry knowledge of the company's organization, policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
General technical understanding of products.
Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
Leads teams to achieve results.
Proficiency with desktop applications and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
Moderate level of planning, project management and change management skills.
Good communication and soft skills.
Fluency in English language.
Additional European language is an advantage.
Influence within same team and level.
ITIL 4 Foundation certificate is an advantage.
