As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will focus on the Endpoint Privileged Management solution. You'll be implementing and managing local system accounts, developing proactive solutions, and providing world-class customer support to the Akamai Helpdesk and employees. You will help deploy and manage a business-critical service which connects nearly every global client device internally.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Designing and implementing Endpoint Privileged Management solutions across Windows\macOS\Ubuntu client operating systems.
Developing, documenting, and enforcing the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of compute platforms.
- Architecting and designing the global EPM solution.
- Utilizing PAM solutions including a credential vault, client credential rotation, and mechanisms to discover and manage privileged identities.
- Developing endpoint privileged management standards that can be adopted by product and IT teams.
**Do what you love**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 5 years experience engineering and administration with endpoint privileged management software and processes(CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc) and a Bachelors degree
- Be experienced in engineering and administration with endpoint privileged management software (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc)
- Be knowledgeable about the architecture for production and QA for a SAAS endpoint privileged management solution.
- Have knowledge on client operating systems (Windows, Mac, Ubuntu).
- Have the ability to Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving deep technical issues regarding all facets of the client operating systems running with\without administrator privileges.
- Possess solid experience in engineering\administration of Mac\Windows\Linux client operating systems, scripting, and packaging.
- Have a deep understanding of systems management tools such as Quest Kace, Workspace One, EDR solutions
