Blackline Task Administrator

This position involves processing tickets in service now to create new tasks and to make changes to existing tasks, as well as performing system checks to remove roadblocks during month-end close. In addition, provide guidance to resolve user queries regarding task certification-decertification, ticket resolution and reporting guidance. Maintain updated dashboards, trainings, user information systems and make improvements to them. As Blackline tasks team operates in a Global service model, the analyst will work in conjunction with the Malaysia admin, meaning that it is expected to partner with them aiming to execute tasks, projects next steps and detect opportunities to improve the global team execution performance.
**In this role you will help Intel with the following, but not limited to**:
- Process Blackline (BL) tickets through Service Now on daily basis and complying with deadlines and troubleshoot, if needed, tickets in case of Bot failures.
- Provide support to customer's inquiries, questions, and proactive follow up on past due tasks.
- Update documentation related to controls in Blackline aiming to reduce risk of errors and failures during close, this includes but is not limited to update Dashboards, training on Degreed and look for creative documentation revamp opportunities.
- Support, develop and propose automation projects within the scope of influence by partnering with global stakeholders aiming to reduce manual work.
- Partner with Consolidations on annual close calendar update process on Blackline.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Must be an active student of, or must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate knowledge use of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table) and Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Fluent level of English, written and verbal.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica**.**
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of SQL and Blackline.
- Project management knowledge/experience.
