Funciones del Puesto
- The individual in this position is responsible for working with new and existing clients to provide telecom services on their behalf.- Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities
- Place orders and follow up with the carries making sure all orders are up to date
- Maintaining clear communication with the customer, agents in all order stages
- Support customers during activation calls, closing orders, and processes to active billing
- Managing project progress and adapting to work as required
- Maintain positive relationships with customers/agents by identifying their needs
- Follow up with customers, sales agents, and carriers to confirm if the request is fulfilling the requirements agreed to in the contract
- Ability to comprehend the end-to-end provisioning process
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts with carrier circuit installs/activations

Requisitos del Puesto
- Main requeriments- Advanced English level 90% or above written and spoken
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize requests in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities.
- Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives
- Confident working independently while able to escalate items you are unsure about

Experiência Deseada
- 6 months to a year of customer service experience is required
