**Job Description**

  • We are actively seeking people who want to break into Automation and Quality Assurance Engineering working with a modern, active software platform as part of the Application Support Team.

  • As an Application Support Automation Engineer you will learn how to: design and implement automated and manual test for our products in an Agile environment; establish and maintain bidirectional requirements traceability to test cases; utilize proficiency and strong hands-on experience in developing both manual and automated test scripts; use tools such as Ruby and Selenium to accomplish these goals.
  • Essential Duties
  • Learn the CICD lifecycle used in Datasite
  • Participate in Projects and initiatives to improve the product and drive efficiencies
  • Learn basic proficiency in Ruby and Selenium
  • Help identify issues and triage bugs on the platform
  • Qualifications

- We are looking for a combination of these technical abilities

  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby among other modern languages
  • SQL and DBA Systems Experience (MongoDB preferred)
  • A technical aptitude and hunger to learn
  • Strong organizing and time management skills
  • A commitment to being a team player in a global environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience, completion of a boot camp, etc

  • Cloud Computing Experience (Azure, AWS, etc)
  • SaaS Networking Experience
  • Natural problem-solving skills
  • An ability to identify automation or tooling needs and deliver a solution
  • Experience in a development or DevOps capacity
