**Job Description**:
- We are actively seeking people who want to break into Automation and Quality Assurance Engineering working with a modern, active software platform as part of the Application Support Team.

- As an Application Support Automation Engineer you will learn how to: design and implement automated and manual test for our products in an Agile environment; establish and maintain bidirectional requirements traceability to test cases; utilize proficiency and strong hands-on experience in developing both manual and automated test scripts; use tools such as Ruby and Selenium to accomplish these goals.
- Essential Duties
- Learn the CICD lifecycle used in Datasite
- Participate in Projects and initiatives to improve the product and drive efficiencies
- Learn basic proficiency in Ruby and Selenium
- Help identify issues and triage bugs on the platform
- Qualifications
- We are looking for a combination of these technical abilities:
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby among other modern languages
- SQL and DBA Systems Experience (MongoDB preferred)
- A technical aptitude and hunger to learn
- Strong organizing and time management skills
- A commitment to being a team player in a global environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience, completion of a boot camp, etc
- Preferred experience:
- Cloud Computing Experience (Azure, AWS, etc)
- SaaS Networking Experience
- Natural problem-solving skills
- An ability to identify automation or tooling needs and deliver a solution
- Experience in a development or DevOps capacity
