As the Client Strategy Coordinator, you’ll be working closely with the design and marketing teams on the development and execution of all media campaigns. You will serve as a secondary lead on accounts along with the Account Manager (AM) or Supervisor. You will help support key aspects of client success through content/creative services, project management, and customer service. You are responsible for helping the team stay on track when it comes to delivering quality work on time and hitting KPIs. You must be comfortable working with other team members in order to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
- This position is fully remote, but may require some in-person meetings and will involve regular weekly and monthly calls._

**Qualifications**
- Passionate about digital marketing and working for a media agency
- Extremely proactive and organized
- Ability to successfully manage multiple accounts at once
- Excellent communicator who is able to craft and tell a consistent story to executives, team members and clients via written and vertical communication
- Manage your pod successfully from a project management, feedback and efficiency standpoint
- Ability to follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are hit across many projects at once
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail, reliable, and has great energy
- **Principal Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:_
- Support AM or Supervisor with daily deliverables, task management, budgets, and timelines/deadlines for media campaigns and ad-hoc client project by working closely with the design and marketing teams
- Use project management tools to coordinate tasks, deliverables, and deadlines for all involved parties
- Help review deliverables to make sure there are no mistakes before delivering to the client for approval
- Help revamp/refine internal processes in order to improve agency efficiency
- Shadow lead AM or Media Supervisor and help with high level strategy in order to meet client goals and KPIs
- Strengthen client relationships through support of the AM or Supervisor
- Have a strong understanding of the client’s industry, products, business culture, and competition and help serve as the go-to knowledge source for the wider team along with the support of the AM or Supervisor
- Have an understanding of the digital landscape and present new ideas to the team or client when possible

**Salary**: From ₡200.00 per hour
