In this role you will Negotiate agreements with broad protections, favorable license use rights, volume discounts and multi-year contracts with suppliers for the procurement of software licenses, software maintenance and hardware maintenance in support of customer-related business processes or internal use. Advises internal customers on business case requirements, baselines market prices and negotiates best-in-class license & commercial terms based on business requirements, capacity demands and complex license or support optimization options

**What you’ll do**
- Negotiates and defends best-in-class license & commercial terms for agreements with favorable license use rights, volume discounts and multi-year contracts software licenses
- Work on a self paced environment processing large volume of Software maintenance and hardware maintenance renewals based on business requirements
- Coordinates with internal parties to ensure timely and accurate execution of all transactions

**What experience you need**
- 3+ years working on technology related environments
- 2 years of experience in contract negotiation skills
- 2 years of experience with software asset management principles/practices
- 2 years of experience in license entitlement/deployment reconciliation
- 2 years of experience managing Software License renewals
- English level B2
- 3+ years experience with Excel

- Strong cross-functional and multi-national team leadership skills
- Experience with Asset Management concepts, tools and technologies
- Strong knowledge of Hardware maintenance and inventory concepts
- Experience with reconciliation of CMDB data
