We're looking for a **Delivery Quality Associate** to join the Consulting Operations team at Modus.

**About You**

**Experience Level: Senior**

**[In order to requisition 1579]**:
You love helping and supporting teams to build great software. You are a gifted analytical thinker who works on strategies and processes to help delivery teams succeed. You have an eye for reporting and monitoring to ensure what you have created is benefiting our consulting delivery team. You are an effective communicator easily able to articulate a situation succinctly while also having a plan of action ready to go to help teams remedy concerns.

Your focus in this role will be on developing a quality assurance strategy and framework within delivery engagements that aligns with Modus' goals and objectives. A part of this focus will be to create and implement standardized processes and procedures to ensure consistent quality throughout the delivery lifecycle. This will involve defining quality metrics, establishing quality control checkpoints, and creating documentation and guidelines for the delivery team.

You will be expected to monitor the delivery processes and outputs to identify any deviations from quality standards. This involves conducting regular audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with established procedures. We'll also be looking to identify and analyze quality-related issues or defects and initiate corrective and preventive actions. This will require our team to work closely with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to address the identified issues and implement solutions.

To achieve these goals you will be looking to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies. This includes gathering feedback, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing process enhancements to prevent future quality issues within our engagements. This will require collaboration with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, testers, and customers, to establish and maintain effective communication channels regarding quality standards, expectations, and feedback.
- You love learning and understand that software is an ever-evolving world. You enjoy playing with new tech and exploring areas that you might not have experience with yet. You are self-driven, self-learner willing to share knowledge and participate actively in your community.
Having overlap with your team is critical when working in a global remote team. Modus requires all team members to overlap with EST hours daily. In addition, reliable high speed internet is a must.
