**Job Summary**

Crg Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Data Analytics to lead a wide range of projects with a focus on evidence synthesis and statistics. The ideal candidate will have advanced methodological capabilities in ITC and RWE for HEOR and HTA, including Bayesian statistical methods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Contribute to operational and business development initiatives, including staffing projects, employee evaluations, and company strategy.
  • Lead development of proposals and deliver them to clients.
  • Delegating activities to and supervising junior staff and contractors.
  • Oversee projects with limited or no guidance from senior management.
  • Empower project team members to take positive action and accountability for their work.
  • Identify and resolve issues/conflicts within project teams.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope and potential issues/challenges, and devise contingency plans.
  • Oversee/implement quality control activities.
  • Ensure timely billing of projects.
  • Perform post-mortem analyses of completed projects.
  • Develop own client base.
  • Support business development through capabilities presentations and repeat business.
  • Seek feedback regarding client satisfaction.
  • Identify the need for and development of best practices and tools for project execution, project and employee management, and training.
  • Contribute to/make decisions regarding company direction, staffing, and workload.
  • Identify need for additional staff and/or consultants.
  • Provide effective mentorship to new employees and as needed to other employees.
  • Attend regular management meetings to discuss proposals, project status, staff allocation and needs, project conflicts, and other operational activities.
  • Oversee operational activities.
  • Identify opportunities for and devise strategies to achieve company/project efficiencies.
  • Administer three-month reviews, summer check-ins, and annual reviews.
  • Develop, administer, and monitor performance improvement plans.

**Requirements**:

  • MSc or PhD university degree in a medical or mathematics-related field.
  • 8 years of relevant work experience in health research, biostatistics, health economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding and experience with statistical techniques to support HEOR, including but not limited to, NMA, MAIC, and PSM methods, with advanced methodological capabilities in ITC and RWE for HEOR and HTA including Bayesian statistical methods.
  • Proven track record for HEOR and evidence synthesis.
  • Proven ability to problem solve with strong capabilities in identifying and implementing practical and creative solutions to difficult problems.
  • Proven success working with a wide range of RWD projects including design, strategy, execution, and communication.
  • Excellent understanding and practical use of coding language, most importantly being R code.
  • Experience creating business developments and/or proposal development.
  • Technically competent with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with computer programming software or other role-related software is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong strategic, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to lead project teams and client meetings.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a sometimes-high-pressure environment.

  • Proven leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
  • Proven customer focus, with the ability to maintain strong business relationships with clients.
  • Awareness of and ability to communicate CRG's services and offerings.
  • Awareness of current trends in the fields of health economics, statistics, data analytics, and evidence synthesis, and/or medical writing.
