The Core HR Operations Support Analyst role is an intermediate level position that provides day-to-day operations support services. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Core HR queue in a daily basis, which will be the main task.
- Collaborating with projects where analysts can participate.
- Providing support to the Record Room as needed.
- Delivering reference letters to employees when requested, either physically at the Citi site or remotely.
- Assisting with reference letters creation for all LATAM countries.
This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail. Additionally, candidates should have:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Service Now or case management experience preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Proven organization and time management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
