The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in IT project leadership roles. They should possess excellent analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required to persuade and influence others.
We seek a seasoned professional who can directly impact the IT project leadership area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management, and formulation of procedures. The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
Key responsibilities include coordinating activities of the project team, identifying necessary resources, and developing schedules to meet completion deadlines. Additionally, they will verify project team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
The successful candidate will determine scope and impact of project risks and issues; raise and resolve issues. They will demonstrate a good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area to resolve issues. Furthermore, they will provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
A bachelor's university degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 5-8 years' experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience. Advanced Excel expertise, including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas, is essential.
