We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Talent Supply Chain Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving change and innovation within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to support the adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives
- Co-create and/or lead the creation of assets, providing input, documenting requirements, and/or supporting the design and delivery of required changes
- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the transformation
- Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies, supporting change management at the organizational level
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications, process documents, and job aids
- Coordinate efforts with the Kyndryl HR Change Management teams to define and integrate change across Kyndryl and tie to the broader HR Change strategy
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress, tracking and reporting any issues or areas of concern
- Manage the change portfolio and stakeholders effectively
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Provide direct support and coaching to key stakeholders and front-line managers of others as they help their direct reports through transitions
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in change management, talent supply chain, and organizational development. You will have a proven track record of driving change and innovation within organizations, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
You will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes and technologies, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
