Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Director to lead our manufacturing team in Italy. As Manufacturing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from production planning to quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
