We're searching for a Sr.
Architect, Financial Systems (Netsuite), reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance and Supply Chain Systems who will be responsible for the governance and optimization of the various systems impacting finance and accounting with a specific focus on our ERP (NetSuite).
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the governance and optimization of our ERP (NetSuite)
- eProcurement
- E-commerce platforms
- Warehouse management system
- Proprietary tele-dentistry platform
- People Services and Active Directory
- Banking integration
- Payment processors
- Third-party financing management vendors
- Partner with the accounting and business team members to create effective and efficient workflows within NetSuite including:

- Record to report
- Order to cash
- Procure to pay
- Inventory management (MES - Manufacturing Execution System)
- Payroll and travel and expense
- Lead the governance of the chart of accounts and dimensions to fulfill financial and management reporting needs and to ensure highest level controls (user access and changes)
- Assist the finance and accounting teams with maximizing NetSuite's reporting capabilities, creating custom reporting as necessary
- Partner with the Business Intelligence team to map selected NetSuite Data into our data visualization tool
- Provide support to the organization for NetSuite functionality inquiries
- Responsible for ensuring system controls in the finance systems are designed and operating appropriately
- Support SOX and ITGC controls and processes
- Lead the overall governance (integration management, user access, and etc) of other finance systems, including travel and expense system, general ledger reconciliation tools, and payroll processors)

Qualifications:

- At least 8 years of experience in a high growth or transformational environment with similar responsibilities.
- Experience with ERP implementation, integrations, and administration
- Extensive knowledge of ERP and CRM and working knowledge of scripting languages to guide system development
- Experience with ERP forms customization, data migration, custom field development, and custom record types
- Experience with Concur and Coupa preferred, but not required
- Strong project management capabilities with a detail-oriented approach to daily activities
- Experience with Jira and ServiceNow preferred
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with all levels of people within our company around the world
- Proven ability in a rapid growth environment with a self-starter attitude
- Experience with integration into NetSuite via API's and sFTP
