About the Role

You will lead process execution across operational processes related to the solution, influencing process development and implementation to meet business objectives. Develop influential relationships with internal and external teams, making decisions impacting organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent process execution across all operational processes.
• Influence process development and carry out implementations to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain influential relationships with internal and external team members and vendor partners.
• Make decisions that impact organizational performance and system capabilities.
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of IT strategy.
• Solicit and monitor customer feedback, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure relevant documentation is maintained in a meaningful and accessible manner.
• Technical governance of the ERP portfolio and platform scalability are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in JDE is required.
• Experience with core JDEdwards functionality in Sales & Distribution, Financial and Manufacturing.
• Understanding of supporting technologies, RF Technologies, iSeries, reporting Tech.
• Experience in back-end database technologies such as DB2, MS SQL Server, and iSeries.
• Experience with third-party integrations with JDE.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong knowledge of PC skills working with large datasets (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word).
• Quick learner; ability to research and learn new technologies on own as necessary.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Independent thinker who can make technical decisions without extensive input from others.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to lead on and off-shore technical teams.
• Works effectively with cross-departmental teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
