Healthcare Case Coordinator

Your role will be crucial in liaising with various personal injury law firms and overseeing specific aspects of cases.

Our partner has crafted tailored marketing strategies that evolve with market trends. We are in search of a candidate who embodies the right experience and commitment for this position.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in legal case management. Responsibilities will encompass handling phone communications, engaging with multiple personal injury law firms, and coordinating appointments with healthcare providers.

• Initiate client phone consultations to collect information regarding personal injury cases
• Engage with various personal injury law firms
• Interact with medical providers and ensure the application is updated with precise information
• Oversee the medical aspects of cases
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case developments and addressing their medical inquiries
• Coordinate scheduling and transport with healthcare providers
• Offer support and guidance to clients throughout their journey
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls
• Knowledge of property damage is advantageous
• Ability to assist clients who speak different languages (bilingual preferred)

• Experience in Medical Case Management is preferred
• Experience in Law Firm Case Management is preferred
• Familiarity with standard office technology and equipment
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work autonomously and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Meticulous attention to detail is essential
