Healthcare Case Coordinator

Your role will be crucial in liaising with various personal injury law firms and overseeing specific aspects of case management.

Prior experience in legal case management is advantageous. The selected candidate will handle phone communications, interact with multiple personal injury law firms, and coordinate appointments with healthcare providers.

• Initiate client phone consultations to collect information regarding personal injury cases
• Engage with various personal injury law firms
• Maintain communication with medical providers and ensure accurate updates in our system
• Oversee the medical aspects of cases
• Regularly update clients on case developments and address their medical inquiries
• Coordinate scheduling and transportation with healthcare providers
• Offer support and guidance to clients throughout their journey
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Knowledge of property damage is a plus
• Ability to assist clients in multiple languages is preferred

• Experience in Medical Case Management is preferred
• Experience in Law Firm Case Management is preferred
• Familiarity with standard office technology and equipment
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to work autonomously and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Meticulous attention to detail is essential
