Education Program Developer

We are seeking an experienced Education Program Coordinator to join our team in Cartago, Costa Rica. As a key member of our education program, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of educational projects, managing international participants, and providing high-quality training sessions.

• Assist in the planning, delivery, and logistics of educational projects
• Manage professional training sessions for participants
• Support the teaching of classes and community activities when necessary
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to improve program quality, including identifying opportunities for additional activities, training, and services
• Ensure ongoing monitoring and evaluation of projects, including data collection and report writing

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a passion for education, experience mentoring/managing volunteers, proficiency in Spanish, and a TEFL certification. You should also have first aid qualifications and be flexible, open-minded, and adaptable.
