About the Role
The Project Manager Lead will join our growing global Delivery Team, managing multiple projects for various business segments and industries.
This role involves collaborating with team members, developing creative ideas, and working in the eLearning domain.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive project plans by understanding client objectives and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the Learning Director to confirm project scope & goals, secure project resources, and reiterate the mandate for the project.
- Prepare a detailed project work-plan with associated resource requirement profile identification.
- Review the project plan regularly to ensure deliverables align with budget, schedule, scope, and make necessary course corrections.
- Undertake standard RAID analysis and establish project governance structure and processes.
- Lead, monitor, and maintain progress of the project plan to ensure delivery of key stages and goals within agreed constraints.
- Develop a client-relationship by updating project progress in a timely manner.
- Develop effective communication methodology with clients and other project stakeholders.
- Control and report progress to the Project Steering Group/Learning Director and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Initiate corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track.
- Continually assess potential risks and issues, maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans.
- Identify inter-dependencies between stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel and meet monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
We seek a professional with:
- Strong Project Management capabilities with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Team Management skills.
- Experience in developing SAAS projects.
- Experience in budget management, commercial, and customer experience.
- Familiarity with Mavenlink project management tool.
- Personal attributes include: Organized, detail-oriented, highly professional, ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English (Speaking, Writing & Comprehension).
- Willingsness to travel.
- Interest in the training industry.
