This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor, playing a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of direct labor associates, overseeing the production process, and ensuring the highest levels of quality, delivery, and productivity in accordance with our approved business plan.

We are seeking an exceptional individual who possesses excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a results-driven approach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing management, with experience in supervising people and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the direction of assigned production resources to ensure optimum manufacturing performance.
  • Oversee the effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve productivity improvement goals.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships with other departments to support effective use of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize cost and maximize quality and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years' experience in a team-based manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge in office package and plant planning.
  • Previous experience supervising people.
  • BS degree or related discipline preferred.
