**Job Description**
The Collections Team Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our collections team. This includes supervising a team of 4 to 5 members, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely payment of invoices. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 4 to 5 members to achieve production goals and comply with company standards.
- Negotiate and advise on collection of overdue bills, taking appropriate action to recover payments.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and input into performance evaluations for team members, recognizing strengths and opportunities for development.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing teams.
- 2+ years of experience working in collections B2B.
- English fluency (B2+/C1).
- Advanced Excel skills (80%).
Bonus Qualifications
- Fluency in French language.
- Experience with Salesforce and Oracle.
- University graduate in business administration, finances, accounting, or related fields.
