The CTI Risk Management & Governance Office plays a vital role in ensuring Citi delivers efficient and high-quality solutions and technologies, coordinating self-assessment, internal audits, and external examinations.
Job Description:
As a Regional Technology Risk and Control Officer, you will maintain active relationships with Senior managers within Regional CTI, O&T, O&T Risk Control (OTRC), Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and external examiners across the sub-region.
You will support an effective risk management approach, processes, and mechanisms in areas such as audit management, cross-border reporting, training, communications, quality control, regulatory compliance, and issue management aligned with Corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive identification of emerging risks and assist the control team in resolving control gaps and issues.
- Collaborate with the Consumer Business Organizational Risk and Controls (CBORC) team on Manager Control Assessment (MCA) Quarterly Risk Assessment and Annual Risk Assessment process.
- Focus on process improvement, creating efficiencies, and ensuring a proactive approach and partnership to audit management.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial services, with enhanced knowledge of the Branded Cards business preferred.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills to work with Sr leaders and audit partners regularly.
- Project management and governance experience with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed critical milestones.
- Ability to foster working relationships with other leaders across multiple lines of business and with support organizations.
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
