As a FP&A Risk & Control Lead Analyst at Citi, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy by providing strategic insights and advice on risk management related topics to senior management.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to think laterally. You will work closely with the Global FP&A head, FP&A GPO, FTO Leads, Business CFOs, Finance Function heads, and other senior FP&A leads to drive transformation initiatives and manage multiple high-visibility projects.
Key qualifications for this role include 10+ years of work experience with significant focus on risk control initiatives, preferably in financial services or banking. Experience in Agile approach and project management is also essential. Excellent communication skills, ability to facilitate group discussions, and presentation skills are required.
