The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile project management tools and experience working in an IT team environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
Job Description:
As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating agile teams and ensuring adherence to SAFe principles
- Evaluating current team state and identifying areas for improvement
- Tracking progress through 15-minute stand-up meetings and ADO metrics
- Providing feedback to portfolio, product managers, and RTE on team performance
- Ensuring stakeholders are present in key meetings and tagging updates in ADO
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Agile project management tools
- Experience working in an IT team environment
- Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and emotional intelligence
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or familiarity with Agile/Scrum/ScrumBan/Kanban/SAFe methodologies
- Strong Azure DevOps knowledge and Jira Align knowledge
