Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical coaching and support to Delivery Partner Engineers and Advocates
  • Partner with Support Delivery Managers and CSS Training teams to address readiness gaps
  • Own case management duties, including incoming inspections, escalations, and tech reviews
  • Develop Readiness Content and contribute to readiness efforts as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Manage collaboration activities, including reactive and proactive cross-team efforts for complex cases
  • Contribute to Supportability activities, such as case analysis and deflection initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and recommend technical, program process, and tool opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have:

  • 4+ years of experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Business Leadership AND 3+ years of experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting
  • 3+ years of prior product, customer support, and/or technical support experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring individual contributors
  • Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
