Overview

Intel's Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) is driving a 5X revenue growth challenge by embracing specialist teams focused on selling Software/SaaS products and specific customer outcomes.

About the Role

The Senior Pricing Strategist and Contract Negotiator will play a key role in enabling new business models by supporting specific solutions, new product segment offerings, and helping to build out Intel's cumulative knowledge base on how to structure agreements.

This role will support pricing for a portfolio of products and deals, including roadmap pricing for software, services, and subscription products across SATG, and Value-Based opportunities developed by the sales team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, evaluate, and implement pricing strategies based on current and new business models and competitive market dynamics.
  • Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis to understand Intel's software and services product line-up and strategy, evolving VBS opportunities, competitive roadmaps, and markets trends.
  • Project the impact of pricing changes, individual promotions, and rebate programs on revenue.
  • Influence pricing and roadmap decisions that benefit Intel's net income and strategic direction through analytical-based recommendations.
  • Work closely with field sales organization and customers, business units, legal, finance, and cross-geo counterparts to position the product portfolio and establish pricing aligned with product/sales strategies and revenue recognition requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain operation, Industrial engineering, or related concentrations preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience in pricing or operations.
  • Advanced English language skills.
