**Job Description**
As a Manufacturing Technician V at Te Connectivity, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will assist production engineers, leaders, and supervisors in the performance of assigned tasks, including data collection, design assistance, and process validation.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Data collection and analysis to identify process improvements
- Design assistance for new equipment and processes
- Process validation and documentation
- Training and development of operators on new equipment and processes
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A related technical degree or advanced study in a relevant field
