Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of trial balances into HFM
- Tracking and monitoring completion of close tasks
- Error clearing and root-cause analysis
- Difference research between ledger and HFM
- Submission of trial balance and sales data
- Topside journal entry support
- Foreign exchange revaluation
- Regional close call preparation and leadership
- Closure communication distribution to stakeholders
- Support for global close process tools
- Maintenance of records and supporting files and documentation
- Effective communication with peers and management
- Issue identification and solution implementation
- Junior colleague review and coaching
- Process ownership development
- Operational excellence maintenance
- Business partner engagement and relationship maintenance
- Technical and business skill development
- Understanding of Pfizer's financial processes and systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required, Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of technical accounting experience required
