About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to a director/senior manager. Key responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, project management, logistics, office administration, and event planning.

Key Qualifications

- Technical degree in secretarial school or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience in providing support to a director/senior manager
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
- Intermediate English skills (spoken and written)
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
