**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sr. Payroll Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR information systems, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations, and preparing and generating payroll reports for management review.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**:

  • Manage the HR information systems: Softland-Exactus performing changes and maintaining up to date the master data also Workday System.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and implement changes in payroll policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Prepare and generate payroll reports for management review, including payroll summaries, tax filings, and employee earnings statements.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant parties to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (Accounting, Finance or Human Resources).
  • English level C1.
  • 5 years of related experience in payroll.
  • 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with ADP payroll processing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of labor law.
