Our Global Payroll Team is looking for a skilled Payroll Operations Manager to join their ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Global Payroll Department and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll records.

The Job Description:

As a Payroll Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Compiling, organizing, reviewing, and entering data in global payroll systems as necessary
  • Providing input based on role in the creation of SOP for global payroll playbook
  • Making sure payroll records are updated in a timely manner and understanding the payroll impact of changes
  • Assisting the team with payroll audits following Transunion's standard practices
  • Partnering with the global payroll team on all items related to payroll and payroll tax items

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in USA and Canadian payroll laws
  • Proficient in excel, with the ability to create and analyze reports for efficient payroll processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to meet critical deadlines and juggle multiple priorities at one time
