The Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to provide support to our Global Payroll Department. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for compiling, organizing, reviewing, and entering data in global payroll systems as necessary. Your attention to detail and ability to identify opportunities for process improvements will make a significant impact on our team's efficiency.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Data entry of global payrolls
- Proficiency with excel, including X-lookups and pivot tables
- Ability to understand payroll technology and pull reports
- Reviewing payroll reports and working with internal teams or 3rd party vendors on resolution
- Generating and working with 3rd party vendors and global payroll team on quarterly and year-end payroll reporting
- Tracking all tax needs in a timely manner and working with the team on resolution
- Ensuring accurate time sheets and reviewing other payroll-related information
