Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our base build construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, contracting and compensation strategies.
- Ensure that the project adheres to Construction Management Practices and Base build standard operating procedures.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and manage an integrated plan that achieves project objectives and commitments.
- Build and drive a safety culture of caring throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Project Construction management on major industrial facilities, base build construction projects including contract management schedule and budget development and management change control and construction means and methods.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience with MS Office Word/ Excel and MS Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Project Construction management on major industrial facilities, base build construction projects including contract management schedule and budget development and management change control and construction means and methods.
- Project Manager Professional PMP.
Benefits:
This is a temporary position (12 months).
