Job DescriptionThis role requires a strong background in training and development, with experience in creating and delivering technical training programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. They will also be familiar with ITIL and have experience working in a fast-paced IT environment.
ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and delivering training programs for technical staff
- Working closely with subject matter experts to identify training needs
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, communications)
- At least 3 years of experience in training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ITIL and experience working in a fast-paced IT environment
