This Junior Accounting Professional role is part of our Finance department in Costa Rica. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Order to Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring timely execution while maintaining control and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless O2C process execution.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures to enhance productivity.
- Work closely with the OTC Team Leader and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
