Our Student Program is designed to provide students with ownership of projects from day one, as well as the opportunity to develop a network of contacts for their future. We are looking for students who are curious to learn, build acumen, and become advisors in capital.

Key qualifications include:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Microsoft Excel)
  • Advance English level
  • Permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of SAP or Power BI and fixed asset accounting knowledge.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model, which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
