We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst II to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical BA projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end workflows.
- Develop and maintain detailed business and systems analysis, documenting functional and non-functional requirements in Jira/Confluence.
- Work closely with Product Managers/Owners and Delivery Managers to prioritize product backlog items and identify critical components for Minimum Viable Products.
- Ensure seamless handovers of product and project documentation to Operations and support service acceptance activities.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into epics and stories on the product backlog.
- Adhere to company and regulatory policies, ensuring secure handling of information at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading real-time client project overviews and demo training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking the initiative where necessary.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and influence skills to shape outcomes across distributed groups.
- Organized and able to manage priorities in line with deadlines and time pressures.
