As an eCOA Project Coordinator, you'll partner with our project managers to coordinate clinical studies, ensuring client satisfaction and making a positive impact on patients' lives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by providing best practices and support in using our products throughout the client's clinical trial
  • Working collaboratively with diverse project teams to develop and deliver high-quality Clario products
  • Proactively managing issue lifecycles from reporting to resolution with our support and development teams
  • Recording and tracking key project metrics
  • Meeting regularly with clients via phone or web to provide weekly updates and communicate project status
  • Fulfilling study-specific tasks during each phase of the project, including development, monitoring, and close-out

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (equivalent experience considered)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Experience dealing with external customers and a strong customer service orientation
  • Comfortable operating in a technologically dynamic environment
  • Willingness to adopt new systems and adhere to established business practices
  • Healthcare and/or medical experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of the drug development process, or ability to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possibility of some light travel (post-COVID)
  • Local to Costa Rica
  • Ability to work from home regularly (fully remote at present)
