Pastry Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Artisan to join our culinary team at Marriott International.

This role will involve preparing and decorating pastries, breads, and other baked goods to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing doughs and fillings according to recipes and quality standards
• Proofing, baking, and decorating pastries and breads
• Maintaining kitchen logs for food safety compliance
• Safely using baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a pastry or baking role
• A strong understanding of food safety handling policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
