Senior Financial Planning Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Strategist to join our Corporate Planning team in Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of financial planning and analysis processes, projects, and ad-hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning: Lead, supervise and review the preparation of monthly reports and variance analysis in a timely manner, utilizing financial KPI analysis and identifying historical trends to offer value-added insights and identify key focus areas for management.
- Business Planning: Supervise and review business planning processes and deliverables, including forecast, budget, 5-year strategic plan, etc., and deliver driver-based presentational outputs for discussion with senior management.
- Communication and Collaboration: Actively partner with local, regional, and global contacts and communicate effectively with the business to foster good working relationships within the organization.
- Reporting Solutions: Lead and review the development of new reporting solutions and special projects, playing a key role in proactively leading and evaluating the recommendation and implementation of best practices for enhancements to current processes and reporting.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or other quantitative field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and analysis processes and modelling, or equivalent.
- Business intelligence tools, and data science experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal & written English skills.
- Detail and data quality oriented and capable to summarize and effectively communicate findings/analysis to senior stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial modeling and related financial systems.
- Advanced analytical decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
- Desire to learn new skills with high-level problem-solving skills and covering new challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail, able to work large amounts of data, able to review/assess other's team member's deliverables.
- Proactiveness, ensuring alignment with business requirements and management expectation.
- Able to work both independently and as a member of a team by interacting and collaborating with members of other teams across the organization.
- Demonstrates flexibility with last minute changes in commitments, deadlines, and meetings attendance.
- Able to handle large volumes of data while ensuring data accuracy, including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making.
