Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Aruba NetOps SDWAN Specialist to join our team. As an Edge-focused role, you will work closely with customers to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Aruba's SD-WAN solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues with customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve issues and implement fixes.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during testing and deployment of Silver Peak systems.
- Manage critical customer issues and facilitate communication between customers, sales, and engineering teams.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in a similar role, preferably with a network technology company.
- At least 3 years supporting enterprise customers with complex data center environments.
- Strong understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
- Knowledge of networking, packet flow, and TCP session establishment.
