**Role Overview:**

Hangar Worldwide seeks a skilled Fullstack Developer to collaborate with our diverse teams and drive project success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

We're looking for a seasoned professional who can:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Work closely with Creative, Business, Technology, and QA teams to guarantee that technology meets performance targets and client needs;
  • Implement innovative solutions that address business challenges while leveraging best practices and cutting-edge technologies;
  • Translate user and business requirements into effective technical solutions;
  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation in accordance with each Capability's guidelines and best practices;
  • Provide constructive feedback on policies and procedures when improvement opportunities arise;
  • Implement complex user and business requirements composed of multiple development activities.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent English language skills (minimum B2 reading, writing, and conversation);
  • 2-4 years of front-end and back-end development experience;
  • Knowledge of AngularUI (legacy Angular);
  • Experience with data storage patterns, including relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) platforms;
  • Ability to integrate solutions with external products from third-party vendors;
  • Familiarity with at least one back-end programming language (C#);
  • Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design principles;
  • Knowledge of Front-End technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS;
  • Awareness of design patterns (e.g., model-view-controller, observer, etc.) and software engineering principles;
  • Firm understanding of XML and JSON in software projects;
  • Capacity to implement complex requirements touching various sub-systems;
  • Experience estimating simple and complex tasks and justifying estimates;
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging web platform issues using debugging proxies or similar tools;
  • Ability to create and consume REST web services;
  • Experience sharing knowledge with teammates;
  • Proficiency in writing unit tests and scripting load and performance tests;
  • Experience with Cross-browser and Responsive development;
  • Excellent knowledge of recent development practices (Mobile First, MVC, Object-Oriented development);
  • Experience working with popular JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS) and cross-browser compatibility;
  • Ability to integrate web solutions with external web services;
  • Proficiency in version control systems (GIT).

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

Add an extra layer of expertise with these additional skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 2013;
  • Azure Service Fabric;
  • Automation and pre-processing tools (e.g. Gulp, Grunt, SASS, LESS);
  • Pre-processed CSS styling (SASS, LESS);
  • Writing code compliant with modern accessibility guidelines (ARIA, WCAG, Microformats, ADA, RDF) and SEO best practices;
  • BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience as a Software Developer;
  • Experience in Digital Agencies projects, Web development projects, SCRUM/Agile software projects.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
